Returns:

- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 7 working days from the date of acceptance, returning the paid amount to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees, as per our policy.
Cancellation:

- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return following our returns policy.
